Blueberries and Honey Sherbert

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Florida blueberries, washed and drained
  • 1 cup lime sherbet
  • 3 tablespoons Florida honey*
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  • Cut blueberries in half if serving to toddlers.
  • Combine honey and vinegar.
  • Divide berries and sherbet into 4 bowls. Pour honey mixture over berries and sherbet. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for later.

*Honey should never be served to children under 1 year old.

Yield 4 servings
