- 2 teaspoons natural Florida sugar
- 2 teaspoons natural vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup low-fat milk
- 6 ice cubes
- 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 10 Florida strawberries, hulled
- 1 Florida mango, peeled and sliced
- Add all ingredients except the fruit into a blender. Blend on low speed, gradually increasing the speed until the mixture is smooth.
- Add the fruit and finish blending until completely smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass and enjoy.
