Crock Pot Chicken


  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken, skin removed
  • 1/2 package dry Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups Florida onions, chopped
  • 2 cups Florida mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 ounces soft cream cheese
  • 1 10-ounce can fat-free cream of mushroom soup


  • Cut chicken breasts into 3 pieces each and put in crock pot.
  • Add seasoning and onions and cook on low heat for about 4 hours.
  • Add mushrooms, cream cheese and soup; cook another 2 hours. Serve with pasta or rice.

Yield 4 servings
