- 1 1/2 pounds chicken, skin removed
- 1/2 package dry Italian seasoning
- 2 cups Florida onions, chopped
- 2 cups Florida mushrooms, sliced
- 8 ounces soft cream cheese
- 1 10-ounce can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- Cut chicken breasts into 3 pieces each and put in crock pot.
- Add seasoning and onions and cook on low heat for about 4 hours.
- Add mushrooms, cream cheese and soup; cook another 2 hours. Serve with pasta or rice.
