- 2 cups (14 ounce package) dried lentils, sorted and rinsed
- 1 pound turkey sausage
- 4 Florida carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 6 cups low sodium vegetable broth
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cut sausage to desired size and combine all ingredients in a crock pot.
- Cook on high heat for 8 hours.
