- 3 cups bow tie pasta
- 3 cups shredded Florida red cabbage
- 2 cups Florida green beans, cooked cut into 1/2″ pieces
- 2 medium Florida carrots, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups low-fat ranch dressing
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water. Boil and blanch green beans and cut into 1/2″ pieces. Rinse with cold water.
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix dressing. Chill before serving.
