- 1 large bunch of Florida greens (collards, mustard or kale), cut and washed
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 2 medium Florida onions, chopped
- 3 whole garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or 1 table spoons pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Wash and cut greens.
- In a large pot, mix greens in large pot together with the remaining ingredients. Cook until tender.
