Good For You Country Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of Florida greens (collards, mustard or kale), cut and washed
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 medium Florida onions, chopped
  • 3 whole garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes or 1 table spoons pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  • Wash and cut greens.
  • In a large pot, mix greens in large pot together with the remaining ingredients. Cook until tender.

Yield 6 to 8 Servings
