Ingredients
- 1 large ripe Florida avocado, mashed
- 1 8-ounce package low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Combine ingredients in a plastic container and mix well. Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Store dip in plastic container with plastic wrap touching the surface of the dip, making sure there is no air between the dip and plastic wrap.
Yield 8 servings
Tip: Serve with veggies as a dip or use in place of mayonnaise on a sandwich
