- 2 cups Florida blueberries, washed and drained
- 1 cup lime sherbet
- 3 tablespoons Florida honey*
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Cut blueberries in half if serving to toddlers.
- Combine honey and vinegar.
- Divide berries and sherbet into 4 bowls. Pour honey mixture over berries and sherbet. Serve immediately or place in the freezer for later.
*Honey should never be served to children under 1 year old.
